Great location, clean apartment, be aware of access to property, and noise levels, unfortunately would not stay again.
4.0Great location, perfect for access to the whole city and metros, really nice local bars and cobbled streets, very clean apartment!
− You need a code to enter the building which is only accessible via an app, that requires internet data to access… so if you are out all day, your phone dies of battery, there is no way of access the building, as there isn’t a physical key. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything around you, it feels like you can have a conversation with the neighbours it’s that thin. WiFi is terrible/non existent, beds uncomfortable as well as the couch. Place could use a little TLC.

10.0Excelente localização, espaçoso e conformtável, com elevador, muitos reaturantes, bares e cafés. possível ir a pé para o centro. apenas lembrar que no domingo tem a feira do rastro no bairro até as 15hs e não dá pra chegar de carro.

10.0La ubicación, cercanía al metro y locales de comida, limpieza, cómodas camas; espacioso; sistema de acceso.
− Detalles menores: - Ausencia de determinados artículos en la cocina (un pañito; un poco de sal, azúcar y aceite); - la puerta de la lavadora tiene una pieza floja y cuesta cerrarla; - el WC tiene un pequeño bote de agua; - el aire acondicionado de la sala no enfría.

10.0Muy buena ubicacion, si estas poco tiempo en madird, cerca del centro comercial para ir a pasear.
− Ingreso que depe de si o si de condición a internet. Muchas veces los viajeros andamos sin colección dependiendo del wifi.
