9.0Very beautiful flat, all clean, great bathroom and nice location, super near the metro station and cool neighborhood with all you need around
− The only thing that could improve is to have more mirrors in the house and the AC was locked in a temperature that was not cold enough for Madrid in July.

− Había una obra en un piso del edficio cuyos ruidos fueron bastante molestos, ya que se conectaban directamente por las ventanas internas. Comprendo que el anfitrión no tenía control alguno sobre la misma.

8.0Apartament czysty, dobrze zlokalizowany (blisko stacja metra, sklepy spożywcze, knajpki i kawiarnie) i wyposażony. Zapewniono wszystko co było w opisie obiektu. Wystarczająca ilość tabletek do zmywarki, kosmetyki do kąpieli, nawet płyn micelarny i waciki do demakijażu. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Wejście apartamentu przez aplikację bezproblemowe. Gospodarze obiektu szybko reagowali na zapytania wysyłane przez Watsup.
− Hałas dobiegający z klatki schodowej był momentami uciążliwy dla osoby śpiącej na sofie w części dziennej.
Great Value / Clean / PERFECT LOCATION LOVED IT
8.0It was no really comfortable with the building doors to open with the app itself, because the app itself says to put in the numbers then ring and then click on the app... witch was not the case itself but lucky us we some neighbour was at the door waiting for a food order so we got in. Once we got the key from the apartmant it was smooth sails. There is no balcony or outside sunlight in this appartamnt so you wont have the feeling whats the temperture outside.
− After traveling for 4+ hours and arriving late at night it would be nice to be greeted with at least 2 small bottles of water. I think thatsa not a huge invesment for the property owner but really is helpfull for late arrivals.
