Overpriced and deeply disappointing

− This was, without question, the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. The apartment was a tiny, dark ground-floor room that felt more like a basement than a holiday rental. The sleeping area had no window whatsoever. The only natural light came from a window directly onto the street, meaning you had to choose between having absolutely no privacy with passers-by looking in, or closing the blinds and sitting in near-total darkness. The apartment was also poorly equipped. There were no toiletries, no toilet paper on arrival, no dishwasher tablets, no coffee pods, no hand towels, and no wardrobe or any meaningful storage space for clothes. The shower overflowed every single time it was used, leaving the bathroom flooded and forcing us to mop up the floor after every shower. On top of that, the electricity repeatedly cut out during our stay. The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer service. Despite sending multiple messages to report these problems, the management company simply ignored us and failed to respond or offer any assistance. The location was also very disappointing, being much farther from the city centre and the main tourist attractions than expected. Overall, this accommodation completely ruined our holiday. To add insult to injury, it cost more than many comfortable, well-equipped hotels in the centre. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.

Renovado, limpio y cómodo. Aunque es un solo espacio, estuvimos muy cómodos por una semana. Baño bonito. Muy completo.

− Aunque es renovado se empieza a ver la tela de los muebles un poco sucias.
