The location is the best thing about the property. It's decently equipped for a mid term stay. It's also good to have laundry in unit.

− Getting into the property was a bad process where we had to wait out in the cold as the person who was supposed to meet us arrived late. On the other hand, the check out process was so prompt that even a few minutes before we left the unit, cleaning staff was checking whether to come in. The management company is doing a terrible job at communicating with guests. In all of our interactions due to issues with the place, they'd state they'd look for a solution to the problem and get back to us, but that never happened. In particular: - The AC/Heater doesn't work, regardless of whatever you do, the temperature never reaches what you've set. This meant a few very cold nights in Madrid as it was a rainy winter. - Part of the ceiling fell over the kitchen (luckily while we were out!) and the only response I got was that they got us someone to clean.... around 8 hours after I reported and had already cleaned on my own! - One morning there was no water in the building. Their response, "let us check and get back to you"... they never did so I spent the day working at a friend's place!

Loved out two month stay in Madrid right across from the Prado and in the middle of everythng

Location, lots of light

− Late checkin - the staff was late. Also there were lack of supplies in the property - no salt, paper, tea, coffee(there was Nespresso machine and were not capsules for it)
