Lo mejor es la ubicación, con estación de metro a 50 metros. Muy céntrico. Muy limpio.

− El wi-fi no llega a la habitación del fondo. La otra habitación no tiene privacidad. Parece que las reformas no están terminadas. Hay un sótano excelente pero sin acondicionar.

Appartement bien placé, à côté du métro et de quartiers sympa Belle décoration dans l'appartement et grande surface.

− Comme déjà dis dans d'autres commentaires, appartement qui donne directement sur la rue avec porte vitrée pas top, la nuit très bruyant et un peu angoissant, pendant la nuit certains se posent contre la porte d'entrée ce qui engendre beaucoup de bruit, on dirait qu'ils vont rentrer dans l'appartement, ainsi que la chambre derrière, on entend tout les voisins. Forte odeur de moisis et d'humidité, vraiment désagréable, les murs se détériorent beaucoup avec l'humidité, il s'effritent de partout, vraiment dommage. une cave au sous-sol donne directement avec des escaliers dans l'appartement ainsi qu'une grille à l'entrée ouverte sur la cave. Pour 2 nuits c'est bien mais pas plus.

Everything but big glass doors and windows right on to the road was a little bit poor for privacy and we had some times during the night that people were sitting on the small step at the front door and leaning against it which was scary

The apartment is lovely and well situated close to attractions. It is large, clean and very comfortable. A great place to relax between outings. The hosts were friendly and communicated very well. The location is ideal for getting a feel for being in the heart of Madrid. Lots of great restaurants and things to do and see in the area. Highly recommend this place.

− One thing that doesn't show in the photos is that the rooms are broken up a bit with a stair or two between rooms. Just needed to pay attention when walking around.

El alojamiento es grande y la ubicación muy buena, ya que está cerca de todo y en una calle tranquila.

− Todas las paredes tenían humedad y con los rodapiés despegados, la pintura desprendida y olor a humedad intenso. No estaba limpio aunque sí tenía muchos productos de limpieza por lo que pudimos limpiar el primer día.
