− 房間床單跟冷氣有霉味，枕頭發霉一點一點黑黑的，空間超小，浴室幾乎沒地方可以換衣服，浴室窗戶也有發霉令人感到畏懼，每個房間都有投影機但是沒辦法使用？

− 客廳有點窄
地點依房東指引容易找到，距離地鐵站步行約10分鐘內，但若帶長輩或拖行李會稍微吃力。大樓有電梯，房間小而精緻，以此價格來說整體表現不錯。 缺點是隔音較差，半夜可聽到走廊其他住戶喝酒嬉鬧聲，推測與短租住客較多有關。整體而言，若不介意聲音，CP值
