10.0They were super flexible to let us store our luggage before check in while the room was being cleaned which helped is a lot. The host is super responsive and the place is very well located. 100% recommend.

− 予約時の部屋と違う部屋番号を直前に伝えられた。特段気にせず入室。大人3名なのにダブルベッド１つしかない。 真冬の深夜に到着して入浴しようとすると給湯器のエラーでお湯が出ず。オーナーにメッセージ送ると明日確認するとの返事。 これが理由で、「日本人なら文句を言わないだろう」と部屋を変更されたのではないかと疑いを持つ。 翌朝仕方なくタクシーで銭湯へ。 スタッフが修理確認するのに部屋の鍵を置いていかなければならず、荷物を全て持ち歩かないという面倒な1日になる。日中連絡を試みるも電話は一度もつながらず。BOOKING.COMのスタッフからも電話連絡試みてもらうもつながらず。給湯器が使えないなら別の部屋を用意してくれるのか、それとも別の施設を新たに探さなければいけないのか、日中そんなことばかりに時間を取られるハメに。BOOKING.COMもオーナーと連絡取れないからなんともならないというばかり。結局夕方6時頃にようやく修理完了とのメッセージ。不完全なサービスに対して返金を求めるメッセージを送るも返事なし。試しに別のメッセージを送るとすぐ返事が来る。都合の悪い問い合わせには無視。完全になめてますね。その後BOOKING.COMと連絡取るも、オーナーと連絡取れないからあとはご自身で連絡試みてくださいと丸投げ。言っちゃ悪いがやっぱり外国人は信用ならない。最悪の宿泊体験。
Hidden but great value and convenient
8.0comfortable and clean. Walkable to Shibuya, Harajuku and quick connection to Shinjuku. Great bakery right on main street for all bread lovers.

Don't stay here. No wifi, terribly managed and ill-equipped for the premium price they charge.
2.0Location.
− Wifi DIDN'T work, although I confirmed beforehand about the availability of the wifi since I had to work from the property. I had to use a coworking space for three days and spend about USD100 before they sent someone. The person (a teenager, definitely not a technician) was TWO HOURS late. He didn't find a solution for the wifi and instead gave me the password of the room next door, from which I stole the connection for the remaining of my stay. Kitchen is terribly equipped, with only one pan (no lid), no knifes and no place for drying the dishes. The frame under the bed mattress kept falling and I had to put it back in place. During checkout I was allowed to leave by 11am, but by 10:30am a gentleman knocked on the door and tried to force entry. He didn't speak neither English or Japanese, and relucted to leave even though I showed the message from the property manager to him.
