9.0Location and apartment was ok
− Boiler It appears that availability of hot water is not constant. Since the apartment can accommodate 7 adults and plus baby cot is available, if you plan the shower each half an hour then you have to stay inside for at least half a day, which is not what you should do when in Barcelona.

− Es un piso antiguo que está remodelado pero sigue teniendo los problemas de un piso antiguo. El agua caliente te de la ducha se acaba (nosotros éramos 7) y los últimos en bañarse les salía el agua menos que tibia. El lugar está en una calle estrecha y abajo hay 2 bares, como las ventanas no son de buena calidad se escuchan las personas hablar hasta altas horas de la noche. Alrededor viven personas que ponen la música fuerte y en el mismo edificio cuando llegamos una señora residente nos insultó porque éramos turistas.
