− สถานที่ไมควรใช้คำว่า ikebukuro เพราะไม่ได้ใกล้กับ ikebukuroเลย, ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ. ฮีทเตอร์ไม่อุ่นเหมือนแทบไม่ทำงาน ผู้เข้าพักต้องถอดแผงออกมาทำความสะอาดทุกตัวรวมถึงในห้องน้ำ ฮีทเตอร์ถึงอุ่น, ห้องน้ำบอกมี 2 ห้อง จริงๆแล้วมีแค่สุขา 2 ห้อง ห้องอาบน้ำมีห้องเดียว , จานชามเก่ามาก บางใบร้าวแล้ว (ควรเปลี่ยน) ,เครื่องดักเสียงทำงานเร็วไป แค่จามก็เตือนลั่นบ้าน.
