8.0Sehr gute Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig bzw. mit dem Bus/Metro erreichbar. Alle Räume waren mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küchenaustattung war ausreichend. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte vor Ort.
− Das Apartment liegt im 5 Stock ohne Fahrstuhl. Die Zimmer hatten nur kleine Fenster mit wenig Ausblick bzw. teilweise mit Blick auf den winzigen, dunklen Innenhof. Für uns war das jedoch völlig in Ordnung, da wir ohnehin mehr in der Stadt unterwegs waren.

− Las escaleras, es un quinto piso con sensación de un séptimo, más de 100 escalones.

− No es claro el/la anfitriona en mencionar que no hay ascensor. Debería estar muy destacado en toda la información del alojamiento. Tampoco se ofrece la posibilidad de pagar por que alguien suba las maletas / mochilas como alternativa.

Great location but 5th floor with no lift!
8.0Excellent location - very central so easy to walk to main attractions. Very close to the Metro. Good cafes and restaurants nearby. Very friendly and helpful welcome from host's father.
− We couldn't find the address as the street number given was a fast food restaurant! Clearer instructions should be given on how to find it and where to meet for the keys. It is on the fifth floor with no lift, so basically once we were out we didn't return during the day as it was too exhausting to climb up. I hadn't picked up on this in the listing description. More warning should be given, especially for the elderly or families with children. The flat could benefit from redecoration and updating of fittings -all rather shoddy.
