Location Our agents Sol was lovely. She met us at the apartment. We weren't long waiting for her as we kept in touch from the airport via WhatsApp. She gave us lots of personal recommendations for bars, restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, paella, takeaways, dancing ... she was great. And if we had any questions, she came back to us very quickly. The big sofa/sofa bed

− Myself and 4 other ladies in our 60s stayed here for 5 nights in September 2024. It was a terrible experience. Information sent to us stated that if neighbours complained or if the police were called, we could be evicted at any time of the day or night. We were contacted by phone and WhatsApp message 3 out of the first 4 nights to say neighbours had complained. On the first night, I was shocked. I told my friends, and they all said we weren't that loud. 2nd night, we were all asleep when they called. I was furious. I contacted the emergency WhatsApp of Stay U-nique complaining. They told us NO NEIGHBOURS had complained! But they had a "noise metre" in the apartment, and this was the issue. I asked for a photo, and we realised that it was, in fact, the doorbell. We were promised we wouldn't be contacted again, but on the 4th night, we were phoned and received a WhatsApp about the noise we were making. We never got to the bottom of where the noise was coming from. Incredible!! The location was great, good kitchen and a huge sofa if someone wanted to sleep on it. Lovely views of the street. But that's it. The double room is by far the best. It has lots of storage for clothes and other stuff. The twin room has a clothes rail with 9 hangers. This is for 2 people. It also has two chairs and that's it. No drawers for other items. Generally, very sparcely and cheaply "furnished." If someone sleeps on the sofa bed, I've no idea where they are supposed to put their clothes/belongings. The single room had nowhere to hang long items eg trousers, dresses. It only had cubby holes. It had a window, but this opened onto a space between our apartment and the apartment next to us. So NO FRESH AIR. I don't believe it's for adults only. None of the rooms had a mirror. The bathroom beside the double room had loads of space to put toiletries. The other bathroom wasn't as well set up.

The location is perfect. Amazing area for shopping with delicate restaurants around.

− It was so old, because of this matter, it was not clean, specificity, the bathrooms were old with insects. I attached two photos for insect for owner agnecy as well. Also, The water wouldn’t go down from the shower, even though the bucket was full. Honestly, in email, i asked them to pay some of my payment back because i was not happy with condition of this place.
