Location and size was great, a rarity short term stay in Tokyo.

The location was amazing, really close walk to the station and buses, and convenience stores. The large size of the place was great and hard to find in japan. We were in a residential area which I loved.

− The hot water was not working the entire time and we could not get in contact with the host to get it fixed, nor could we get in contact with booking.com. The address listed on booking.com was also WRONG.... we got sent to a random location and it wasn't until we tracked down the address using the small map feature attached, then finding similar looking surrounding buildings on google maps, that we got there (thank goodness i know Japanese or we never would've found it). Also the key was so hard to locate and open using instructions provided.

The location was good, close to the subway, restaurants, and shopping center. Quiet area.

− We were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment was not clean, towels had hair from previous guests, and overall hygiene was poor. The space is advertised for three people, but it’s extremely small. With three people and luggage, it was barely functional. The third bed was essentially a thin floor mattress that was badly stained with what looked like bodily fluids and possibly blood. The bedding was in similar condition and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. We contacted the host to request clean towels and linens, but received no response. We ultimately had to buy our own towels just to get through the stay. Because the floor mattress was unusable, the three of us had to share one queen bed for five nights, which was incredibly uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or accuracy in its listing.
