8.0Localização, o Turtle Bay me surpreendeu, nunca tinha ficado na região e adoramos . Localização é o principal ponto positivo. Entrega o que oferece ao valor proposto
− Faltou uma mesa mesmo que pequena para as refeições . Visto que escolhemos um quarto com cozinha compacta por conta das crianças , tivemos que improvisar uma mesa.

− La habitació per 4pax amb cuina està ben equipada peró no hi ha una zona habilitada amb taula i cadires per menjar.

10.0El hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas con creces. El personal de recepción encantador, hablamos con varios de ellos y todo genial y además hablaban español. El personal de la puerta del hotel, muy gentiles y colaboradores. El personal de limpieza, impecable. La habitación se hacían todos los días y todo perfecto. Cuando llegamos el grifo de la ducha goteaba y subieron a los diez minutos a solucionarlo. La ubicación impecable, a 15 minutos caminando a times square. Antes de ir vi varios comentarios de la gente donde opinaban que habia mucho ruido; nosotros estuvimos en la 6º planta y no nos molesto el ruido de la calle para nada. Es verdad es que se escucha algo el ruido de la ventilación del edificio pero nada que te impida dormir ni mucho menos.
