I got charged twice and should be reversed.
8.0− I asked and paid for early check in but it was not available and my friends who got there earlier than me. Had bad experience waiting with their suitcases outside. Called for the instructions and nobody replied.

1.0− Rating comes for the attitude from the staff. Don’t give any care or exceptions even in FORCE MAJORE situations - which is WAR and LOCKDOWN. just greedy and careless attitude. 🤨 0% of humanity Doesn’t even respond to official booking.com sent communication by responding (we didn’t get any calls / emails) 🤷♀️ Sends messages in Spanish while obviously seeing we are not Spanish speakers. By the way, apartment worn out - reality looks different than pictures.
