− La mia esperienza in questa struttura è stata completamente negativa. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una pulizia gravemente insufficiente, con perfino blatte morte in casa. La corrente era quasi assente: il primo giorno siamo rimasti ore senza elettricità e abbiamo dovuto aspettare la sera per farci sistemare il contatore. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e la cucina a induzione era inutilizzabile perché, secondo l’host, superava i chilowatt disponibili. I letti erano molto scomodi e il bagno estremamente piccolo. La seconda sera la situazione è peggiorata: la corrente è saltata all’improvviso mentre ci stavamo lavando, lasciandoci completamente al buio e impossibilitati ad asciugarci i capelli. Abbiamo contattato l’host, che si è rifiutata di venire e la mattina successiva non si è presentata. Dopo ulteriori tentativi di contatto, invece di offrire aiuto ha cancellato la nostra prenotazione, costringendoci a trovare un’altra sistemazione all’ultimo minuto. Per la mia esperienza personale, quanto accaduto è inaccettabile. Una sola parola descrive il tutto: VERGOGNA.

5.0A localização, o facto de serem 3 quartos, embora um não tivesse janela.
− Tivemos um apagão, durante a hora de jantar, estivemos quase duas horas completamente às escuras, não havia sinalética identificativa das saídas, um vela, uma pilha, nada. Quando quisemos sair do apartamento para procura alternativa ninguém se ofereceu para pagar, o jantar que estávamos a fazer estragou-se e ninguém se oferecer para pagara uma alternativa. Julgo que a legislação europeia deve proteger o consumidor, mas no caso concreto ninguém se chegou à frente e que considerámos pouco profissional. A casa precisa de manutenção e de uma limpeza mais profunda.
