5.0− The ac in the master bedroom was bumping when you turned on. There is mold in the washroom. Basic necessities are missing like toilet paper. The mattress are horrible it not even the mattress it is a sponge.

− ho aspettato 30 minuti in strada con i bambini prima di poter ritirare le chiavi perchè la persona non è stata puntuale. Ho pagato 25 euro (senza pos) per cosa ? per la consegna delle chiavi ?

− Al ingresar no funcionaba la jarra eléctrica para calentar agua. La reclamé apenas ingresé y nunca me la cambiaron. Estuve toda mi estadía calentando agua en una olla.
