8.0Posizione eccezionale. In pieno centro consente di muoversi a piedi comodamente. Per raggiungere i luoghi meno vicini, la metropolitana è praticamente sotto casa.
− La rampa di scale di accesso all'ascensore. Comunque in descrizione era segnalata.

9.0Grand appartement très calme idéalement situé pour visiter Madrid à pied. Puerta des Sol, proche de tout (musées, magasins, restaurants) Une chambre immense avec un lit très confortable, un canapé lit correct. Climatisation très efficace (et indispensable). Cuisine très bien équipée.
− Attention aux quelques 30 marches d'escalier pour ceux que ça gênerait (l'ascenseur est à mi palier). Il n'y avait absolument rien dans la cuisine à notre arrivée (sel, huile, etc.) à part quelques dosettes de café. L'appartement est un peu sombre puisqu'il donne sur cour.

− Le systeme informatique lamentable . 4 heures pour s inscrire et faire valider profil et passeport impossible a telecharger. On croirait demander un Visa USA! A fuir!!
