10.0신오쿠보역이랑 굉장히 가까워서 접근성도 좋고 주변에 밥 먹을 곳도 많아서 좋아요. JY선이 다녀서 어디든 편하게 잘 다닐 수 있었던 것도 좋음. 그리고 사장님이 진짜 친절하심 ... 일본 입국날 추웠는데 체크인하면서 바로 난방도 틀어주시고 배려해주시는게 너무 감사할정도예여 ...솔직히 한국인 사장님 하면 계속 말 걸고 오히려 한국인에게 막대하는 분들도 있긴한데 전혀 그렇지 않았어요! 그래서 지내는 내내 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 처음에 평가가 좀 나빠서 걱정했는데 다른 손님과 얘기하시는 거 우연히 듣다보니 여기 사장님 바뀌셨다고 하더라구여(맞게 들었나???) 새로 생긴 한인민박이라고 생각하고 오시면 좋을듯 합니다:)
− 방이 조금 작은 편이라 캐리어를 펼치면 다니는게 살짝 번거롭긴한데 크게 신경쓰이는 편은 아닙니다. 그리고 소음에 민감한 분이라면 잘때 귀마개는 필요할듯 해요.

− シャワーが水でした。（お湯がでなかった） 湯沸かしのスイッチがガムテープで押せないないようなっていました。 ガムテープを剥がしてスイッチを入れると「ブレーカー」が落ちました。 結果、シャワーが使えませんでした。
