Excelente ubicación
7.0El apartamento es amplio, acogedor y bien equipado. Las camas muy cómodas. Al ser una planta baja semi sótano hay problema de humedad, el techo del baño tenía mucho moho, algunas paredes también. Si vas solo por una corta estancia no te fijas mucho en eso. La ubicación es indiscutiblemente lo mejor de lo mejor. Muchos servicios cerca, el autobús en la puerta, la Sagrada Familia a unas cuantas calles.
− La entrada al apartamento es horrible. El felpudo lleno de moho, está negro, las paredes muy deterioradas y hay un cajón de madera que impide acercarse bien para poder abrirla.

1.0The location of the apartment is good. Responsiveness of the Stay U-nique Team on mails.
− The apartment has serious issues. Walls are moist (brown discoloration of walls, mold in walls and the smell is terrible), the air-conditioning is not working and there is a vermin issue (cockroaches). It looks like these problems have been going on for longer. There are several moisture absorbers and odor improvers (without success) and the reviews of others on internet have the same context (which we should have read upfront)). The responsiveness of the Stay U-nique Team is good, if you mail them they respond quickly. Although I'm not confident that the problems in the apartment will be resolved. When you indicate that there are issues, they refer to the maintenance team. Also, after sending pictures, they responded that they had similar pictures received earlier but would share the pictures with the maintenance team anyway. Booking.com has rated this apartment with 3 stars, which in my opinion are 2 stars too many.
