8.0The location was really good and the building / apartment full of authentic features. The apartment stayed cool even when it was very hot outside as good AC and fans everywhere. Very clean and well presented. Bedrooms quiet and peaceful, lots of room for 4 people in the communal spaces. Handy to have 2 showers but only one toilet which isn't clear from the photos.
− The virtual key was confusing. The person on the phone was really helpful and helped us get in but the initial instructions were very unclear. The kitchen and bathroom was severely understocked. It would be so much better if there was some cooking oil, salt & pepper. It feels wasteful for every guest to buy these. Tea towels / more kitchen roll would be very helpful - and add some wine glasses! Only a few water glasses and 8 shot glasses which aren't useful. The cover over the terrace was quite oppressive, it would be good to have to option to have it open or closed as we like.

10.0Loved two bathrooms and a king and queen bed! Full kitchen and washing machine was lovely! Close to market and grocery store. Also appreciated not being in the thick of a tourist area but close to Metro and walkable to many attractions.
− Only one toilet but no big deal for our family. We had troubles entering the building (which staff was very receptive on the phone to help!) but possibly texting via Whatsapp pictures of what buttons to push would be helpful.

− Die Türen knarren sehr laut. Die Küche braucht eine bessere Ausstattung. Es gab keine warmen decken für die recht kühlen Tage.
