− Ci è stato chiesto un supplemento di 10 € per lasciare le valigie alle 11.30 prima del check-in delle 14, ma quando alle 12 sono salito a lasciare le valigie l'appartamento era pronto e ci hanno dato le chiavi ma hanno voluto comunque i 10€
