10.0Location, the window can be open, so can have a good fresh air
− There are no hand wash gel or soap, after I poop poop, I used the body gel instead. When I checked in and found that there aren’t floor mat, need to request. Also no tissue box…only toilet roll. Nothing to wipe after my meal. There are 2 hungers
The staff have attitude and they give to me the spoiled key cannot go inn 2 times already never change the key

The location is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is basic and small.
8.0The staff was super friendly, we had problems with the Booking page but they were very patient and helpful. They gave us very good directions and even a farewell souvenir from Singapore, really very attentive!! The location is excellent since you can walk to go shopping or to eat.
− In relation to the price and the room, I really think the price is high.
