10.0Location is excellent, just walking distance from shin okubo station, restaurants are very near and Don Quijote is also few steps away. The room has complete stuffs like washing machine and some clothes hangers, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. There are also toiletries. Easy self check-in and the owner is always responsive to my questions.
− The TV channels are also in japanese, no english channels.

− The WiFi very often, almost everyday for a few hours wasn't working at all. You can bypass the issue using your data phone with the hotspot though.

10.0Great location, very close to the train station !The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the washing machine was simple to use, and a drying rack was provided.
