Buen lugar pero con limpieza a mejorar

Llegada y ubicación.

− Falta de limpieza en general, sofá-cama montado pero sin almohadas (encontramos unas guardadas en un armario pero estaban sin funda), terraza sucia con pelos sacados de un sumidero allí expuestos y colillas en cenicero sin tirar. Como era solo una estadía de simplemente dormir no fue algo terrible pero no volveríamos a repetir por la falta de limpieza.

The apartment wasn't too far away from the metro station. The size was good enough for our stay, but I couldn't stay longer than a day. Communication with the host was good. The bathroom was clean. The air con is a massive bonus!

− Despite the room having a no smoking sign, it stinks of stale smoke! The microwave was dirty; obviously, it hadn't been cleaned. I understand that these things can be missed, but it wasn't exactly a big room! The rest of the room was very clean. There aren't any plates, just bowls, and one of those is chipped, there are no cups, just glasses. Thankfully we didn't need to use them. There are stickers around the room saying Meta Habitat Boutique Hotel, not sure why?! This apartment is like an apartment that has been split into two apartments. You enter through 1 door with a key code; this brings you into a small hallway with apartment A and apartment B. There's a security camera filming in the hallway. We dropped our things off and went out; we returned around 1:30 am and the "kids" in apartment A had extremely loud music on! At 2 am I had to tell them to turn it down!! Again at 3 am I had to tell them to turn it down; at 3.30 am I was screaming through the walls! Loud music, people in and out of the apartment ALL night, people shouting, not talking, probably because the music was so loud they couldn't hear each other, people slamming doors, banging on doors etc etc! To me, it felt like they had just rented this apartment to have a party! They had zero consideration for anyone else and actually looked surprised each time I went to tell them to be quiet! This went on until around 6:45 am! I understand that this isn't something the owners can control, but there was definitely more than the advertised occupancy in that apartment. If you have a security camera, surely you can see who is going in and out? I contacted the person who sent me the key code, but obviously this was after the event; they would have been in bed at 2 am. They said they'd contacted the guests and told them they won't accept behaviour like this (after checking the video footage), and they apologised to me.
