便宜，但要考慮一下。
4.0價格算便宜，到東中野站走小路還蠻近的，設備算齊全。政府規定要上傳護照資料，這家把流程弄得很簡便易使用。
− 雖然設備齊全，但很多是勉強能用。例如洗衣機，是迷你單人的，使用要蹲下來，一次只能洗兩套內衣褲就塞滿了。 我住二樓，房間有不知道什麼蟲，咬了會起水泡，我和小孩起了共10多顆水泡。冷氣很吵，早上受不了打開面板看，整個濾網附近積了超級厚的一層灰。沒有免治馬桶雖然是這次日本唯一一家沒有的，但它價格的確也比較便宜，要省錢的人自己列入參考。 我入住時，一時沒搞清楚怎麼入房，傳訊息對方隔天才回。所以語言不通又沒辦法打電話的人，不適合入住。

− Las fotos no se parecen en nada a la habitación, es bastante oscura y solo tenía una cama

7.0Value for money. Good comfortable beds but not pillows:) close to train station but hard to find the apartment entry. It is via carport behind the car. This needs to be explained in check in documents.
− Broken fittings. Dirty shelfs. High stairs.

8.0Zimmer relativ groß und sauber. Preis-Leistung passt.
− Die Klimaanlage hätte Mal dringend wieder eine Grundreinigung nötig. Die Filter waren komplett verstopft, zumindest diese habe ich sauber gemacht damit die Klimanalage vernünftig du funktioniert. Ach und die Uhr habe ich Mal gestellt.
