Ogromny stres spowodowany przez gospodarza i Booking.com, który skutecznie zepsuł klimat Barcelony
1.0− Bardzo negatywne doświadczenie. Właściciel kompletnie nie panuje nad obiektem i organizacją pobytu. Goście są zmuszani do korzystania z aplikacji do otwierania drzwi, która w praktyce nie działa. Brak jakichkolwiek oznaczeń apartamentu dodatkowo utrudnia sytuację. Finalnie, po wielu nieudanych próbach dostania się do środka, trzeba było czekać długie godziny w kiepskich warunkach – w ciasnej klatce schodowej na zimnej podłodze (nie oddalaliśmy się, ponieważ obsługa miała dotrzeć w ciągu 20 minut, co w rzeczywistości trwało blisko 3 godziny - dostaliśmy się do obiektu po godz. 22:30). Całość była bardzo stresująca, szczególnie że podróżowałem z osobami starszymi. Podróżuję często i naprawdę nie spotkałem się z tak źle zorganizowanym obiektem. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.
