10.0The vibe, everything was clean, we could pat the cat, the bathroom was clean, we had access to the kitchen and patios, even though we didn't really get to use them. It was also close to the tram station, so we had no issues visiting Barcelona
− The only thing is that the room could use a little more storage space, and also the room is a bit small, but was big enough for us

8.0La chica que vive en la casa es muy agradable y simpática, es tranquila y tiene una casa preciosa debido a su gusto por el arte, el hecho de tener un ático hace que tenga unas vistas muy bonitos y nada de sensación de agobio

6.0The kitchen was nice and had a gas stove, but there was no dishwasher. The room had good natural sunlight.
− - The owner asked for unexpected additional charges €40 for the sake of late check-in despite living in the same apartment. This fee was not disclosed during booking, which suggests it was intended to be added later rather than stated transparently beforehand. - The bedding - including the bedsheet, pillow and duvet cover was very old. - The window shade was not working properly and could only close about 60%. We tried to close it fully, but it didn’t work. - There was no place in the room to hang clothes or jackets; no hangers were provided, and there was no hanging space at all. In the common area, the shared coat hanging rack was entirely taken up by about two dozen of the owner's jackets, leaving no space for guests. - The apartment was on the 5th floor without elevator.
