10.0My family had a wonderful time during our 13 days stay at this hotel. The location is very close to the railway station, which made it very convenient for us to travel to any of the main destinations around Tokyo. The host always answered our questions and helped us. He was very polite and kind to us. We felt safe. The house has everything you need for living. Everything matches the description. The house is clean. I recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a cozy area to relax in after exploring Tokyo. Lido East Shinagawa is perfect for that. A special thanks to the host for his generous hospitality. 7.0リビングや寝室、水回りどこを見てもきれいに保たれており、非常に快適に生活できた。
− 一階のソファベッド（白い方）は、壁に寄りかかる様に深く座るとソファが前に滑ってしまっていた。

− No slippers and the house was cold till the air conditioning kicked in ( this is the only criticism my family who live in Japan had, I didn’t have any issue about this )

9.0I booked it for my parent, great stay overall, really close to the subway station. The host response pretty fast, they allows us checkin early which helps a lot. Overall, pretty clean room with plenty of sleeping zone. The first floor has kitchen and fridge, better than some of the Airbnb i booked before.
− Not really a bad thing, but just want to call it out for people who want to book, the first floor is relatively small compared to the second floor. but not really a big deal. In addition, the stair to the second floor is steep, be careful if you have knee problem.

− Check out time was early and no place to leave luggage, stairs to go upstairs to sleep were steep.
