We liked the location, the bus stop is right in front of the appartment. Also, enough restaurants, stores in close range. Bedroom is separated, which is good, no noise. Bed is ok-ish comfy, not too bad. Good washing machine, we used it. A lot of closets for clothes and stuff.

− This is not for more than 2 people, be aware. The biggest issue with our stay was the customer support, especially Gabo. Communication was extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and lacking basic understanding of guest concerns, which you can find in other bad reviews. Access to the building and apartment is fully digital through a mobile app. Although we received detailed instructions, an important detail about the door controls was unclear. When I asked for clarification, I was repeatedly told to “read the instructions,” even though the answer was not in the instructions. The real problem occurred one night when a power outage affected part of the building. Since our access to the building/apartment relied entirely on the app, we were unable to enter the building. Instead of quickly providing a practical solution, customer support, not Gabo, spent hours asking us to prove there was no electricity. Eventually, they had mercy to send someone to unlock the door, but by then we did it ourselves by screaming to a neighbor on the window. The neighbor heard us, and opened the door. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of empathy afterward. Gabo seemed unaware and ignorant of how serious the situation was and showed no concern that we could have been left outside for the night. The entire experience exposed a major flaw in relying solely on electronic keys without an effective backup plan. Gabo's reply to the exhaustive explanation of their flaw was, and I quote: "If the electronic keys work, that's the one you should use!". And he also rejected providing us the physical keys for the following days, as if this couldn't happen again! What about wifi malfunction, dead battery, electricity issue? Gabo claims that never happened so no need for physical keys. Totally ignorant. We were fortunate that one neighbor happened to be awake. In a small building with very few residents around, the outcome could have been much worse.

Very close to public transport, few minutes from metro and bus right outside. Cesar and team were very friendly and attentive.

− Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but it was fine for a few nights stay.

Me pareció un dpto super bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitábamos para prepararnos al menos los desayunos, y para poder limpiar adecuadamente nuestras cosas en los días que nos quedamos. Lo encontramos super limpio al ingresar, y el anfitrión, César nos respondió todas las inquietudes que tuvimos rápidamente desde antes de ingresar.

I liked the location. It’s close to the metro and bus stop. The apartment is bright and sunny.

− The apartment is in a very good location. There is a bus stop and metro station right in front of it, and you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes at most. The apartment has all the basic necessities. The main thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is not suitable for four people — even for three it is questionable. The sofa is very hard, small, and uncomfortable. The extra fold-out bed is practically unusable; I’m not sure what weight it could support. In the end, the three of us had to sleep in one double bed. When we arrived, the apartment was not clean and organized, so after a tiring trip we had to clean it ourselves. There was also not enough bedding prepared for four people. When we wrote to the host with our complaint, they did not even respond.

− Everything in apartment, broken shower. beds not good, sofa not good. No extra bin bags, broken broomstick to clean, no detergent or capsules for washing machine. We felt very bad with facilities, except location ntg I felt happy.

Ładny, przestronny apartament dla 2 osób. Duże, wygodne łóżko. Dobra lokalizacja, blisko autobusu i metra. Smart-TV, lodówka, pralka, dobre wyposażenie kuchni (garnki, talerze, sztućce, szklanki i kieliszki).

− Niewygodna sofa (wystające sprężyny), w mojej ocenie nie daje się do spania. Z dodatkowego łóżka polowego nie korzystaliśmy. W kuchni brakuje gąbki do mycia naczyń. Brakuje też ociekacza do naczyń lub ściereczki do ich wytarcia. Opiekun obiektu obiecał je dostarczyć, ale do końca naszego pobytu nie wywiązał się z tej obietnicy. Przeciekał również wąż od słuchawki prysznicowej. Opiekun obiecał że jego ludzie to naprawią lub wymienią. Do końca naszego pobytu nikt się nie pojawił w apartamencie.
