10.0Everything was good! They are very kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean, with the right thing we needed for the stay! The location is right next to Gran Via, perfect !! Thank you for everything
Wouldn’t repeat
2.0The only good poi t we found, was the location, as it’s central next to Gran Via. The apartments are not even visible from outside, no recepcion, no hangers, dirty bathroom and broken tiles, window not closing, very small king size bed and cleaning only after 3 days... The price we’ve paid was far to much for what we received ! We where recommend to book those Apts but were totally disappointed. All over, we wouldn’t recommend this allocation at all ! Sorry

10.0Great stay!!! Perfect location, confortable, spacious and cozzy apartment with all gadgets you need. Perfectly clean, they do cleaning every 3 days which is perfect for an aparthotel. Cristina in reception and check in was very nice! I would come back every time in Madrid!

10.0Keep in mind key pickup location is a block away from actual suite. Excellent location. Christina, receptionist was very helpful and even provided a city map with. all the attraction. Suite smell good, everything spotless clean. Balcony view. washer and dryer, full kitchen. Grocery store in the corner. Chueca metro station a block away. If staying here and wanting to see the main tourist attraction no need to use public transportation as this apt. is within walking distance to all. Enjoyed everything about Gran Via suites. Thank you.
Well located and clean apartment
10.0we had a lovely stay at gran via suites madrid. the receptionist was very nice, took us to the apartment and explained us everything we needed to know. the apartment was very specious for us, great bathroom! the location is the best, few minutes from gran via shopping street and within quiet allies with great restaurants around. highly recommended!
Great Property with Incredibly Helpful Staff
10.0Spent a night in a 1 bedroom apartment. Apartment was great size and in excellent location. Christina was incredibly helpful in providing us with recommendations and she was kind enough to allow us to check in early, since the apartment was available. Would stay here again.
