Not very clean apartment with the smell of cat urine.

Let's start with the downsides right away because they outweigh all the positive aspects. 1. The apartment is generally clean. But hard-to-reach places (paintings, baseboards, roller blind boxes, window frames, some shelves in the closet, etc.) have not been wiped for at least several months. You could clearly see the accumulation of dust on them with the naked eye. My allergies worsened, and my husband's condition worsened due to a bronchopulmonary disease. We asked for these surfaces to be cleaned. Our request was apparently ignored. This reason alone deserves a rating of 1 point. 2. Strong smell of cat urine. Particularly pronounced in the toilet, less pronounced in the living room. It feels like the cat lived in the apartment not so long ago... the owners tried to get rid of the smell. I found a remedy against the smell of animal urine in the pantry (photo attached), but it was unsuccessful. In the living room, the owners tried to mask the smell with an aroma diffuser, but I am allergic to such smells. Only this point also deserves a rating of 1 point. In general, if you do not count the first 2 points, then the condition of the apartment can be rated at 7.5 points.

− 3. Poor soundproofing. Noisy neighbors upstairs who constantly woke us up in the morning. Some kind of repair was going on outside and it was heard through the closed windows. Almost immediately below the windows there is a bar. People were constantly coming out of it, smoking and making noise until about 23:00. 4. The windows of the 2nd bedroom overlook some kind of dirty "well" filled with garbage. 5. Water heater. You will not be able to take a shower with good hot water pressure and the water in the tank is only enough for one person. The next people have to wait an hour or more for the water to heat up again. 6. Very soft and thin pillows. I had to sleep on 2 pillows at once. 7. In one of the bedrooms, a red stain is clearly visible on the mattress. Probably blood. 8. Be extremely careful with the corners of the double bed. The distance between the corner and the wall is very small... My husband hit his leg twice and hurt himself. 9. The owners do not provide toiletries (shower gel and shampoo). 10. Cheap coffee for the coffee machine. 11. Not enough sugar.

The location!!!! Perfect. Gracia is best are area. Francois was really nice! Apartment clean and cosy. I loved that there was a coffee machine prepared with capsules.
