Good location and shops around

− Freezer was broken, i had to complain 3 times, it was never fixed during my stay, top of that they promised a 10% refund to my card due to that and now they say I need to deal with booking... They just care about the money Air conditioning is only in the living , bathroom is part of the room which is very warm, had to put the mattress in the living

I only liked the location

− For some reason, they started demanding a registration fee from me, even though I provided all the information myself. They were supposed to send me the code for the key safe the day before my arrival, but that never happened. As a result, after my numerous questions, which they didn't answer for a long time, and after all my worries, they demanded I pay a tourist tax in exchange for the code for the key safe. The tourist tax invoice was sent for an amount higher than stated in the contract. When I asked why the amount was different, they told me the platform hadn't been updated in a while and prices had changed—but that wasn't my decision. Ultimately, I only received the code for the key safe on the day of my arrival. The key I took from the safe was bent and wouldn't open the front door. As a result, I had to wait an hour and a half for a new key to be delivered. The floors in the apartment were dirty - all my white socks turned black.There are water stains and mold visible on the ceiling, and paint has fallen onto the floor.There wasn't enough hot water in the shower for two people - we had to wash off the shampoo with cold water.The sofa was covered in stains and smelled like skin secretions.The wash basin was so small and inconvenient that all the water ended up on the floor.The electric kettle shown in the photograph was missing.

− Il fatto che ti richiedono di fare il check-in online e poi te lo fanno pagare EXTRA senza specificare da nessuna parte che sarebbe stato un costo aggiuntivo!! 25€ di check-in che l’ospite fa da sé online.. il lavandino del bagno era intasato quando siamo arrivati.. ho lavato i denti e l’acqua ci ha messo 20 minuti a scendere…

− Linket til chekin virkede ikke. Selv om vi skrev gentagne gange fik vi ingen svar. Vi ringede mange gange før det endelige lykkedes at få kontakt og hjælp. Stedet tager mange penge for at åbne lejligheden hvis man kommer efter kl 18. Op til 70 euro, den besked får man først når man har betalt

Diciembre 2025 - Lo unico bueno que tenia ese apartamento era la ubicación, nada mas, ni siquiera la gestion se puede calificar de aceptable

− Para empezar que se cobre por hacer el check-in! si,,, increible pero cierto y aparentemente legal, entre 50 y. 80 € dependiendo de tu hora de llegada, se indica en la confirmacion de la reserva, no hay una franja del dia en que sea gratuito, simepre te cobran , la unica forma es pasar a buscar las llaves por su oficina , ubicacda a unos 3 Km, -Que todo los sumideros de la casa esten atascados no se entiende y no es de recibo. -La cisterna del WC estaba estropeada y hacia un ruido exagerado (durante minutos desoues de cada descarga) -Cortinas sucias, con lamparones enormes -Fotos engañosas en las que la distribucion no queda clara y te encuentras el baño abierto a la habitacion -Radadores torcidos -Un standard de limpieaza bastante bajio -La pasividad de la empresa inmobiliaria explotadora Hace ya 3 semanas y casi segiuro que se me olvidan cosas, como decia, lo peor el pasotismos de la inmobiliaria que no dio respuesta alguna.
