El apartamento tiene cucarachas y no me querían hacer el reembolso, ya que eso no es una limpieza tienen que fumigar

Era amplio con bastantes armarios y 2 baños

− Nada más entrar nos encontramos con 2 cucarachas y al los 2 días otra más. La cocina tenía muy pocos utensilios para cocinar, no había un olla como para cocinar para 6 personas

A szállásadó segítőkész, kérdés esetèn gyorsan kaptunk választ. A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló, tömegközlekedéssel könnyen és gyorsan megközelíthetőek a látnivalók. A közelben bolt, pékség, éttermek.

− Hat fős társasággal szálltunk meg, így 2 fő a nappaliban aludt. Az ott lévő kihúzható kanapé 1 éjszaka esetén még elmegy, de több éjszaka esetén már kényelmetlen.

The apartment itself is spacious and the location is convenient, with a supermarket and a metro station nearby.

− That said, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication with customer service was poor and often uncomfortable. We were asked to provide an unusual amount of personal data, including ID details, and all guests were required to sign documentation, which felt excessive and was not clearly explained in advance. The deposit policy was another major issue. We were not informed beforehand that a deposit was required and only received this information later through a long contract with very strict conditions. There are detailed rules allowing money to be deducted for minor issues (for example, not taking out the trash), so this is something future guests should be very aware of. Basic amenities were also lacking. We were six guests but only received five towels. When we pointed this out, we were told all towels had been provided, and no additional towel was brought, leaving two guests to share. The amount of toilet paper provided was also insufficient for the number of people staying. Finally, the key pickup location is far from the apartment, which makes little sense and adds unnecessary inconvenience to the stay. Overall, despite the apartment itself being nice, the experience did not feel worth the price paid due to the service, policies, and logistics.

− LA RECOGIDA DE LLAVES ESTABA EN LA OTRA PUNTA DE MADRID, EN PLENO CENTRO Y NADA ACCESIBLE CON LAS LUCES DE NAVIDAD. EL PISO ESTABA SUCIO, TANTO EN EL PORTAL COMO DENTRO. PAREDES SUCIAS, CON CHURRETONES, PAREDES DAÑADAS Y MAL ASPECTO DE LIMPIEZA EN GENERAL. AMBAS CAMAS ESTABAN EN MAL ESTADO DE COLCHON, IMPIDIENDO UN BUEN DESCANSO. CAMAS COMBADAS PRECIO TREMENDAMENTE CARO Y GASTOS DE 100 EUROS PARA LIMPIEZA Y DEJAMOS EL APARTAMENTO EN MEJOR ESTADO QUE CUANDO LO RECIBIMOS. SIN DUDA, ES EL PEOR ALOJAMIENTO EN EL QUE NOS HEMOS ALOJADO A TRAVES DE BOOKING.
