− La qualité de l’accueil, la qualité du lit principal, les cousins de mauvaise qualité et très cueillant, carreau cuisine cassé, facturation alors qu’il n’y a pas de consommation, mode de communication avec le client pas approprié….

− Bardzo zaniedbany stan apartamentu, porwany narożnik, zepsute żaluzje, , bardzo głośno apartament od strony patio, , jedna z sypialni ma okno na klatkę schodową wewnętrzna , jak się. Otworzyło okno na noc, cały smród palonych papierosów i marichuany Przez innych mieszkańców wpadał do sypialni Dzieci - tragedia, wentylator w łazience zepsuty działał całą noc, brak noży do pokrojenia czegokolwiek, zapach stęchlizny prawdopodobnie ze starego narożnika w salonie, brudne obtłuczone ściany, apartament kompletnie nie odpowiada zdjecią, to nie bym ten apartament który zakupiłem na booking na co obsługa odpowiedziała że jest to poziom wyżej niż ten który wynająłem :)

6.0There location is nicer with access to any shops restaurants etc you might want. Access to the apartment was very easy with the office so close. The sofa was very comfy. Large TV but could not find any English channels.
− The facilities in the apartment were very poor. The oven had no shelves so was unstable. The bath had no plug and the sink plug also did not work and the tap was not secure. The four bar stools were very uncomfortable old and dirty. The crockery was a mix match. The road was very busy and noisy and windows/ blinds did not keep out the sound which went on most of the night.

1.0− They have me place a deposit for $400 only hotels does that. They charge me extra city tax. Very dusty all over. Office staff not very welcoming.

Please note that all check-ins will take place at our office location. Arrivals after 20:00 are subject to a €50 surcharge and must be arranged with the host in advance. Guests are required to settle all dues and sign the contract no later than 18:00. Early check-in during office hours is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs a fee of €50.
Luggage storage is available at reception from 11:00 to 20:00 and carries a surcharge of €5 per bag.
In accordance with local regulations, for stays exceeding 28 nights, the property requires additional guest documentation with reason of stay for verification purposes following the reservation. Additionally, a security deposit equivalent to one month’s stay is required.
