− quando chegamos para nos hospedar o local estava como o hóspede anterior deixou,restos de marmita nas mesas,papel sujo jogado pra todo lado,camas desarrumadas não fizeram a limpeza e não respondeu as mensagens, Provavelmente o pessoal da limpeza não apareceu,e eles não tiveram a capacidade de responder nossas mensagens quando questionamos Pedi o cancelamento e tive que procurar outro lugar em cima da hora.

6.0Appartement très bien placé en plein coeur du quartier coréen et tout proche de Shinjuku à pied.
− Installation et mobilier vieillissants (canapé très abîmé), douche avec points de rouille et pas très propre. Intéressant pour connaître le Japon des années 80 mais ne correspond plus aux standards actuels à Tokyo. Prix élevé par rapport aux prestations par rapport au marché.
