− Unfortunately it is very noisy due to being next to a very busy road, very steep stairs when trying to carry suitcases but will be perfect if you only have rucksacks, overall very good but have to expect due to location will be noise

Very noisy place

− From level1 to level 3, this space needs to be better. Once we entered, we were disappointed. So dirty and scary also no AC!
We had an early morning flight, so it was a short night made shorter by all the traffic noise.
5.0Location was great, close to MBK and Siam Square . Owner seems responsive and intent on making things better. Supplied ear plugs and a flashlight by the door. Has an arrangement with Siam Boutique Hotel to provide some assistance in person which we needed.
− Very noisy - like sleeping on a freeway all night. Lots of interrupted floor levels - dangerous if you need the washroom at night. No elevator, so you need to be strong to lug your suitcases up & down 2 flights. The entrance & stairway were much below expectations.

− הזמנתי את המלון(אם אפשר לקרוא לזה ככה) כשעה לפני שהגעתי אליו, כתבתי להם שאני לאחר תאונת אופנוע, שאצטרך עזרה. שהגעתי ראיתי שיש דלת נעולה אם הלוגו שלהם עם קוד, אבל לא קיבלתי בהודעות איתם שום קוד או דרך להכנס. הלכתי לאחד מבתי המלונות ליד ולמזלי הכירו את בעל המקום, היא התקשרה אליו ופתחה אלינו את הדלת, לצערי התבאסתי לגלות שאין שום פקידת קבלה או מישהו שאפשר לדבר איתו ישירות ופשוט מה שקיבל את פנינו זה שלוש תיבות קטנות שבתוכם יש את מפתח הכניסה. היו 4 תיבות דירה בכל קומה, אנחנו קיבלנו את הקומה הרביעית שכמובן הייתה ללא מעלית. אנחנו 2 בחורות עם מזוודות ובנוסף עברתי תאונת אופנוע, לא היה באפשרותי לסחוב את המזוודות ומלבד זה לעלות את זה בעצמי בכלל. ישר ביקשתי מאותה בחורה שיצרה עם בעל המקום קשר לחייג אליו, התקשרתי וישר ביקשתי שנמצא פיתרון ושאם לא נבטל את ההזמנה. הוא אמר שאין לו מה לעשות ושאם אני רוצה שאבטל, הוא כמובן לא החזיר לי את הכסף. לא היה לי ברירה ומבחינתי זה מקום אירוח שלא מכבד לא את עצמו ולא את לקוחותיו. כי לא הזמנתי את החדר מראש אלא שעה לפניכן, משמע - לא תפסתי להם מקום .
