8.0Close proximity to the Nishi Shinjuku station. Very responsive facility manager, helpful and quick. The room has everything that a traveller needed. Internet / power adapters / iron / hairdryer / towels / toiletries. Very clean
− No lift in the building and a narrow staircase, which made it a bit difficult for us to get our heavy luggage to our room on 4th floor.

9.0This place was in a great location. It was a small apartment for three of us, but we made due. We loved the coffee shop and the quiet neighborhood. You honestly couldn't ask for a better location. Just a few minutes walk and you are in the heart of the Shinjuku action.
− The place was a bit small for the three of us. It would be more suited for two people. We had to open our suitcases one at a time. However, it was doable and the location makes up for it.

9.0It doesn't look like much but was super comfortable. Great shower and toilet. Awesome location.. Chech in and Check out was effortless. Comms with owner was exceptional. Would definitely stay again
− It was fine for me as a solo traveller but would be tight for 2 people. Stairway to the room with luggage was an effort but you only have to take it up once
The 4 stars and the price (>500€ for 5 nights) are too high.
5.0The location of the property was really nice central in Shinjuku. It’s easy the reach the location.
− The room has an air conditioner. However, it was not used because it didn’t look clean. Even the wall around the conditioner didn’t look clean. It was relatively noisy at night, as the room has very thin walls. The photos look better than the room itself.
