− Силно разочароващ престой – условията не отговарят на обявата Престоят ни в апартамента беше изключително разочароващ и няма нищо общо със снимките. Още при пристигането ни се наложи да чакаме, въпреки че предварително уведомихме за часа на кацане и че пътуваме с такси. Жената, която ни настани, изглеждаше неподготвена – не можа да ни даде информация за Wi-Fi и обикаляше с обувки из апартамента. Хигиената беше на много ниско ниво. Банята беше видимо мръсна, а вратата на душ кабината блокира още първата вечер. За щастие съпругът ми успя да я отвори без да я счупи. Освен това топлата вода беше неизползваема – течеше прекалено гореща и къпането беше практически невъзможно. Под чаршафите на спалнята открихме пластмасово контейнерче. Самите чаршафи бяха стари, с косми по тях, което създаде усещане, че не са сменяни. Кожата ми е много чувствителна и по време на престоя получих обрив, вероятно вследствие на лошата хигиена на спалното бельо. В кухнята аспираторът беше силно замърсен и без изход за отвеждане на миризмите. Имаше кафемашина без нито една капсула, въпреки късното ни настаняване. Ютията беше в лошо състояние и изцапа дрехите ми заради натрупан котлен камък. Предварително бях попитала за тоалетни принадлежности и ми беше потвърдено, че има, но реално бяха оставени само две малки душ-гелчета и едно сапунче за трима души. След сигнал за проблемите получихме отговор едва след ден и половина. Предложиха изпращане на майстор в неудобен час, когато нямаше как да присъстваме, а не желаехме достъп до апартамента без нас. Към всичко това се добавяше и силен шум, което правеше почивката ни изключително неприятна. Снимките, които прилагам, показват реалното състояние.

Location

− Unfortunately, the apartment does not match what was shown in the photos or described in the listing. The quality of the accommodation is far below expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The living conditions are not adequate, and the overall impression of the apartment is that of a poorly maintained space that simply does not justify the cost. Additionally, due to the damp and unhygienic conditions, my husband has developed a fungal infection on his foot, which we strongly believe is linked to the apartment environment. Because of this situation, we were forced to move into a hotel that is nearly twice the price of what we originally paid, just to ensure proper hygiene and comfort for the remainder of our stay. We payed for 7 days, left after third and they didn’t wanted to give us back our money for the nights we didn’t use and also didn’t retured our deposit pf 300€ like they said at the begining. This is a scam !

On the plus side, the flat is in a convenient location. Both air conditioners work well. Good TV. All cutlery is available. The bed was comfortable.

− The flat doesn't look like the pictures. It's a little old. The tiles in the bathroom are scuffed, the walls are dirty in places, the doors are peeling. When you take a shower, all the water spills all over the bathroom. The hot water stops running after 2 minutes, the rest of the time you have to wash with cold water. I wrote to their support about it, but they just didn't respond to me. The sink in the bathroom is terribly uncomfortable. It's just impossible to wash your face because your head will rest against the shelf that hangs directly above the sink. There wasn't even a decent liquid soap dispenser in the flat for the price. When you press it, it just shoots in different directions. And the soap is like it was diluted with water. The flat is very noisy. Any sound of a passing car on the street can be heard with the windows closed. The lamp over the dining table didn’t work. The flat was not perfectly clean even though we pay almost 100€ for cleaning. The girl who did the check-in just walked into the flat with dirty shoes. Maybe this is the way it is done in Spain?
