9.0Всё понравилось, чисто, комфортно, рядом есть кафе-рестораны, магазины :) Ключи нужно было забрать в 3 минутах ходьбы от данного адреса, но никаких это затруднений не принесло
− Часто пахло марихуаной с окон и лестничной клетки :(

− La modalidad siniestra que permite obtener la llave. Una vez que llegamos a la dirección nos mandaron a otra dirección a buscar la llave porque en el lugar no permiten colocar cajas. Al llegar al 2do. domicilio con todo el equipaje nadie nos atendió día la puerta. Tras llamadas y llamadas al anfitrión que no me respondieron nunca. El taxista nos presta su teléfono y a él si le respondieron. Ya había pasado 1 hora y no nos hacíamos con las llaves. Una falta de sensibilidad absoluta. Mi pareja y yo sufrimos un ataque de nervios!!

Très bon séjour, cosy et confortable, dans un quartier sympathique.

− Equipement nécessaire mais pourrait être + complet (+ de vaisselle, des verres à vin), grille pain ko, pas de cafetière. Visite 2 jours consécutifs de la police pour contrôle de la licence du logement.

1.0lokalizacja to niewątpliwy atut lokalu, wiele atrakcji Madrytu dostępnych pieszo, w podbliżu wiele punktów gastronomicznych, blisko metro, chociaż sam budynek i okolice zaniedbane.
− W skrytce nie było kluczy do apartamentu, brak komunikacji telefonicznej, więc musiałem szukać hotelu, aby przenocować pierwszą noc, zaproponowano mi odbiór kluczy po 12.pm. Nikt niczego nie wyjaśniał, początkowo twierdzono, że klucze są w skrytce, potem ktoś je miał dowieść, generalnie fatalna komunikacja, brak jakiejkolwiek próby naprawienia fatalnego początku. Klucze otrzymałem dopiero następnego dnia. ok.12.Własciciel nie poczuwa sie do winy, nie chche zwrócić opłaty z pierwszą noc. Booking róznież nie pomaga w takich sytuacjach, ponad tydzien czekania na rozpatrzenie reklamacji i komunikat, nie udało się osiągnac porozumienia z obiektem.
