− チェックインの時間に部屋に入るとゴミや洗濯など全ての清掃が出来ていなかったのでサイトに記載の電話番号に電話したら『現在使われておりません』で不安になった。 部屋が臭かった。 サイト上での部屋の画像が綺麗すぎた。 ゲジゲジのような虫が4匹居た。 タオル類はバスタオルしかなく一部変色していて清潔感もなかった。 掛け布団が毛玉だらけだった。 風呂場の壁と床に他人の体毛が落ちたままだった。 民泊を初めて利用したが、コレが民泊のスタンダードなのであれば少し高いお金を払っても清潔感のあるホテルを選べばよかったかなと勉強になった。
Acceptable two bedroom apartment for short stay.
7.020 minute walk from station & shops for our group. Apartment is well equipped. Bed quilts could be larger for 2 people in double bed. Stairs to fourth floor, no elevator. OK for short stay.

4.0ベッドは適度に硬く寝やすかった。最寄りの駅、近くにコインパーキングもあり利便性は良かった。
− 冷蔵庫が小さい、風呂の給湯温度調整が難しい、ゴキブリが居た。あと、バスタオルは各人用意されていたがタオルも欲しかった。4階だったが階段しかなく荷物の搬入搬出が大変だった。

− Everything, Location is far from the station at least 15mins walk from keikyu kamata station Stairs were so dirty (dint feel like it was Japan), it’s on the 4th floor and stairs are narrow.. No Japanese bidet, doors were broken.. Bed sheets, towels and bed spreads looked unclean. Bedroom Japanese style and bathroom floor were unclean with hair on them.
