10.0La Mirtha és la millor amfitriona, et fa sentir com a casa en un espai tranquil i relaxat. Gens de soroll, espais correctes i una piscina que ens ha salvat de la calor d'aquests dies.
− Està en una illa de cases en un polígon i per arribar-hi has de caminar sota el sol 15 minuts, però per contra és molt tranquil.

10.0Si querés privacidad, tenés privacidad. Si querés compartir con la familia, te adoptan inmediatamente. Una habitación preciosa, con jardín y pileta y posibilidad de cocinar. Un lujo para Madrid por un precio super coherente. Volver y volver y volver. Se enamorarán del lugar.

2.0− Établissement surcoté pour rien, chambre, minuscule sans clé petit déjeuner honteux et la cerise sur gâteau, il faut faire la vaisselle, demander à la gérante d’indiquer tous ses points négatifs
