− La habitación no tenia ventanas y cuando llamé para hablar con ellos me respondieron mal. Sin duda no repetiria sobretodo por el trato del personal.

− El aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar varias veces porque cada vez que otro huésped toca el mando, se desconfigura y no funciona ninguno. Aún cuando le escribimos al encargado ni siquiera nos contestaba. Además, al llegar para abrir las puertas te dan un número extranjero que no funciona.

1.0I just like the location
− First of all the host put me under stress to reach the place before 20:00 and check in or I will pay 20€ extra. Once I arrived I was trying to get in for about 40 mins !!! I need to make an international call to Finland to open the door automatically! And it never opened until I called some people who live there and they opened me the door. The room has no window the fan in the bathroom is so loud and the neighbors room are loud too I couldn’t sleep well cause you can hear everything from the other room.

8.0I loved the location and I liked that I felt comfortable, the room looked clean and it was great.
− There are a lot of stairs to get to the room, so it’s something to keep in mind. Also, the key to the front door would get stuck sometimes.

A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00–00:00 and EUR 40 for arrivals from 00:00–2:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. -Any incident that is caused by the guest and requires support, outside of in-person work hours from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid in cash to the person providing assistance. -Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed for resting, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. Please review all the photographs of the accommodations along with the description, since the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room according to the availability of the desired dates, and if in the end you are not interested, contact Booking -Smoking or having parties will be a reason for Immediate expulsion and a fine of €99 - Loss of the key has a penalty of €49. -If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside, it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest. -Any damage or breakage made by guests will be paid for by them.
