Don’t recommend to stay with this hosts
5.0− This apartment has only good Location, cause it’s in a city center and everything is on walkable distance, otherwise my experience was horrible: Host was very rude to me, just because I didn’t manage to read their messages in booking app, which never stop and i’ve been scolded just because, only once I forgot to switch off lights and leave bathroom door open (No ventilation in apartment) so you feel and smell everything from kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom is tiny, could be suitable for one person only, hot Water supply is limited. and also, you will enjoy with Tiny black hair everywhere in the bathroom. never had such unpleasant stay ever!

1.0− Unfortunately I cannot comment on the apartment as I didn't get to stay there. I found the host difficult to deal with before my arrival. Checking in early was not possible and also my request to leave my bags early was declined. I also received several long messages about all the rules for the kitchen, bathroom, garbage, noise etc. Whilst I didn't have a problem with the rules, I think they should have been made clear prior to booking. My arrival in Madrid was then delayed by 24 hours due to a transport issue. I requested a refund and was refused. I requested a partial.refund and did not receive a response from the host. I would not recommend booking this accommodation unless you are willing to abide by the strict rules and lose your money if your plans change. 😔
