10.0La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro del cuore antico di Madrid, vicino ai musei più importanti ed alla stazione ferroviaria, vicino a quartieri vivaci la sera, con ristoranti e supermercati vicinissimi, la metro vicinissima ed ogni altro servizio possibile nelle vicinanze.

7.0Grundsätzlich war die Unterkunft gut. Sie lag super. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad ist modern.
− Leider ist der Fußboden nicht mehr schön verlegt. Die Laminatdiele gehen teilweise auseinander und dies sieht nicht schön aus. Der Küchentisch ist auf der Oberfläche beschädigt und das darunter sich befindende Holzmaterial quillt auf. Die Fenster sind dringend zu tauschen. Sie sind aus Holz, alt, haben Einscheibenglas und weisen im geschlossenen Zustand große Spalte auf -bis zu 2 cm. Das Bad geht in einen Innenhof ind kann schlecht belüftet werden.
