− Das Badezimmer mit der Dusche ist hinter einem Schlafzimmer. Eine Toilettenschüssel hat sehr gewackelt, der Duschschlauch war kaputt.

− La petite salle de bain commune sans ouverture sur l'extérieur dans dans la suite parentale La deuxième chambre juste séparée de la salle à manger par un rideau Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine ( juste 4 petites cuillères par exemple) Pas de petites attentions ( pas d'eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur, 2 capsules de café) Espace restreint dans la cuisine Emplacement peu pratique du lave- linge Insonorisation peu performante ( bruit des pas des voisins du dessus au- dessus de la chambre) Nombreux escaliers pour accéder à l'appartement

The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
