За эти деньги просто супер! Ощущается как квартира ,а не гостиница или комната в хостеле Вежливый хозяин,разрешил заехать раньше. Расположение отличное, лучше выбрать как мы ,чуть дальше от центра,но зато все свое. До центра пешком не спеша минут 20-25. До Саграды и того меньше. Вокруг уютно и живут местные. Есть маленький свой дворик. Из небольших минусов,с улицы пробивал свет, поэтому засыпать не в полной темноте. Рекомендую ли я это жилье? Однозначно да.

Posizione piuttosto centrale le dimensioni dell'alloggio il bagno nuovo (la tavoletta del vater però era rotta) l'accoglienza è stata buona

− La pulizia della casa lascia un po' a desiderare poi le lenzuola e gli asciugamani non mi sono sembrati puliti al meglio. Non c'era il bagnoschiuma non c'era il detersivo per i piatti

Super místo v centru Barcelony. Všechno dostupné pěšky.V okolí spoustu obchodů i barů...prostě paráda

The apartment is absolutely stunning, loads of space and all the commodities you need. The bed is amazingly comfortable, the bathroom is newly renovated and it looks modern, clean and practical. The amount of space, the location and all the facilities are amazing. It exceeded all our expectations. The room is very much taken care of, with attention to detail and a lovely host. The location is perfect, you have metro, bus, train and the main street 2 minutes away to ask for a taxi if needed. In the same street there’s also a parking garage where you can get deals for multiple day stays. It is a very great stay, the value for money is very good, it is virtually impossible to get anything this good for the price asked. The host is extremely attentive and will help you throughout your stay. We left our keys inside and couldn’t get in and in less than 30 minutes he already solved it. Everything was very clean and tidy, he provided multiple towels, big ones and small ones. There’s a big wardrobe and a shelf for storage, there is plenty of space to store everything. There is also a safe to keep valuable items. The air conditioning was very nice, it kept the room nice and chilly. I am from Barcelona myself and I can assure that the area is one of the best that you could be staying in, it has the true local charm from the city, tiny terraces and walkable streets with no cars, big squares and full of life!!! I came with my partner who is not from Barcelona and he loved the location very very much. We will definitely be coming back! Ramon was a great host and we absolutely recommend his loft!

Small apartment, pretty tricky to find. Glass doors at the front of the property, can hear and see people outside Situated right next to a bar, so Friday and Saturday stays can be very noisy
