9.0El alojamiento esta muy bien situado en Gran vía m, cerca de todo. La persona encargada es super amable y siempre atenta a nuestras peticiones. Pasamos aca tres noches con un grupo de 13 personas y nos sentimos muy bien. Hubieron algunos problemas con una ducha a nuestra llegada pero el dueño supo solucionarlos lo mas pronto posible.
Couldn't stay here because it somehow got double booked.
1.0Once host discovered the apartment was double booked he quickly communicated with Booking.com but I ended up having to contact them myself to find another apartment to stay in.
− We booked this apartment in advance and paid. Our party of 8 arrived to Madrid via train only to discover that another family was already in the apartment. Apparently it was double-booked. We do not know if this was a host error or a Booking.com error but we did not get to stay here.

7.0O alojamento está numa muito boa localização, no entanto ouve-se muito barulho vindo da rua. É muito bom a nível de tamanho para grupos grandes.
− Os colchões não têm um resguardo, é o lençol direto, do ponto de vista higiénico não é de todo aceitável numa casa que é alugada regularmente a pessoas diferentes. A cozinha tem pouca loiça para a quantidade de pessoas que o apartamento suporta. Existem coisas a precisar de manutenção….
