− It’s tiny. So hanging out is uncomfortable. Joe is great and wants to keep the costs down. The “do not do this thing” signs are everywhere to the point I found them hilarious, but others there were annoyed.
Find a real accommodation option for half the price and double the comfort. This ain’t it.
5.0The area was a fairly long walk from the train. The area is nice though.
− It was dirty and smelly. There are signs everywhere telling you what you cannot do. Ten mins for the toilet, of which there is o my one. There is only one toilet for the whole place. The garbage was sitting on the floor when I arrived and it was still there when I left. Nothing was clean at all. The carpet smelled. The whole place smelled. The place is not kept clean. There are no toiletries given. No towels are provided except a hand towel. No blankets or bedding are provided. It’s essentially a young man who has turned a house into hostel. It is not set up properly, managed properly or kept clean.
Comfortable stay, joe was very helpful with my Japan problems. Great value for money.

− Was a bit hard to find after dark, sign wasn’t very obvious. A bit of a walk from the station and easy to get lost, but it’s a nice n quiet neighborhood.

− the rooms were not vacuumed, there was a lot of small garbage in the bedrooms from the previous tenants. you can't use the washing machine. the common area and kitchen are open from 9 to 23, which is also not very convenient if you come late or wake up in early
