The pool area was nice and the location was good. Check in was easy (although an extra €50 for checking in late)

− Really poor slow communication. Gave the host €400 security deposit upon arrival. I’d messaged to ask how long it would take to get this back as I had seen negative reviews and they assured me it would be 15 days. I left the property on the 24th July and we have still not had the refund, despite me chasing it. The back door lock was broken which we informed the hosts on the morning after we arrived, along with the shutters being broken which considering 2 of the beds were in the lounge was not good. The shutters were STILL not fixed when we left the property and the back door took over 2 days to fix, again with me having to chase the hosts as they promised this would be fixed as soon as we reported it. There was an entrance to the property via the back garden so we were extremely concerned for our safety and our belongings. We locked passports etc. in a suitcase which we then tried to hide. The air con downstairs was also completely broken so they gave us a noisy fan which did very little. There were holes in the walls, scuffs all over floors, the flush on the toilets were broken, light bulbs didn’t work, wobbly tiles on the kitchen floor…the list goes on. Not what you expect for the price we paid to stay here. Comfort wise, we couldn’t be comfortable when 2 of us were sleeping downstairs with broken shutters and a noisy fan due to broken air con. Again couldn’t be comfortable with a broken back door. 2 of the 3 rooms upstairs are so small it is a single bed with another single mattress on the floor which took up the whole space in the room, our suitcases had to go on the landing. In the end the 2 people in the lounge area actually brought their mattresses upstairs into the main room to get some sleep A word of warning, half of the photos advertised are not part of this property. I would avoid staying here.
