− ベッドのフレームがあたって痛い トイレが汚れていたので自分で掃除した 取り替えた前のシーツが置かれたままだった 庭の草がぼうぼうで洗濯機がおいてあったが、使う気にならなかった

4.0− Instructions to get the key should have been shared much earlier (at least a few days), instead of on the day of arrival itself. Towels were not refreshed. We were there for 7 days. The matrasses of the beds were so soft, that you felt the frame of the bed in your back. I ended up putting the matrasses on the floor, but even then you felt the hard floor.
